Executing a wedding is a full‑scale project with dozens of moving parts. My job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks so you can actually enjoy your celebration with your partner. I’ll create a meticulous plan, manage vendors and timelines, and handle last‑minute emergencies, so you don’t have to think about logistics at all.
Capacity: we accept a limited number of weddings per year to give each couple focused, hands-on attention.
Booking: Dates are first-to-contract. A RETAINER + signed agreement are required to secure your spot.
Lead time: full planning & design typically reserves 12-24+ months in advance.
Coordination peak dates book 6-12+ months out.
